UK Open Preview Show 01/03/14
On Saturday 1st March we were at Daventry Town FC for a UK Open Preview Show with 2011 Players Championship winner Kevin Painter and UK Open Qualifier Matthew Edgar. and MC John Fowler.
Matthew, our students will remember, was kind enough to visit us to play darts and speak to our players back when the club started in 2012.
On the night, Luke Carr got the opportunity to play a leg of darts against Kevin Painter, a video of which will appear soon, below.
A top night of darts, with some good games, including the challenge match where Painter defeated Edgar 9-2, and at the end of the night we all got to throw some darts on the main stage board.
